Overview:
The following universal minor changes/fixes to the GeniusATS Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS-307 Questions (Wording)
The wording has been made more user friends on the candidate facing ‘questions’ area’s:
- Freetext Y/ N = Questions
- SJT = Scenario Questions
- Verbal & Numeric = Verbal & Numeric Questions
GATS-443 Timeslot interviewer wording corrected
The field name ‘System Interviewers’ showed an incorrect title for the dropdown selection ‘Interviewees’
GATS-442 Vacancy Template – ‘Authorisation Type’ template lock not working (Bug fix)
Fixed lock functionality
GATS-441 No Lock functionality for the [Brands] field
Added lock functionality into the vacancy template
GATS- 411 Vacancy Cost – Additional custom options to dropdown available

It will need to be in the form of a simple dropdown list:
GATS-342 Bulk Archive (NEW Function)
In the Vacancy Search tab the ability to ‘Bulk Select & Archive’ vacancies has been added:
Note:
- You can only Archive vacancies in the status: “Draft”, “Auth Declined“ or “Closed”
- You cannot bulk archive “Open” vacancies
- The system allows you to bulk select 10 vacancies at any time (an error message will appear if you try to select more).
