Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the GeniusATS Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS-24 Full System Rights
The system rights will give the ability to set your System rights
- Anniversary Period
- Anniversary First Reminder
- Anniversary Second Reminder
- Password Expiration date
- Password History Days
- Password History Limit
You will need to determine who has this permission to be able to see this in the control panel. It is something that needs considered though, you must contact client support to determine who will have this permission as it will be set by Genius. Once set you can then manage it yourself.
GATS-684 Viewing Anonymisation Status
When a candidate anonymises it is difficult to see where they are in the process of been anonymised. There is now the ability to see this in the candidate profile. An addition is been able to cancel the process too.
