Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS-405 Application Search
The purpose for this new functionality is to help search for applicants better, especially when you don’t have the specific applicant information. The new addition sits in the talent tab. It give you the ability to search though Vacancies to find the candidate information.
For example the below images has given me the ability to search under vacancy owner for all of the candidates i have to help search for the specific example.
There are also other fields to help narrow down your search.
GATS-14 Resetting Vacancy Authorisation Process
This functionality is to improve the vacancy authorisation rest process. The purpose of it is to help when a vacancy is stuck at awaiting authorisation, one of the authorisers is on annual leave it give you the ability to change the authorisers much easier
The below shows the vacancies awaiting authorisation
If you have a vacancy that is stuck you can go back into the vacancy and change the list and reset the authorisers.
You must then Launch the vacancy again to reset the process
