System Upgrades SaaS

GeniusATS will require updates / upgrades and bug fixes to be deployed throughout its lifecycle to ensure that the software is up to date and working correctly.

Bug Fixes

If an issue occurs when using the system, either on the control panel (back end) or on the candidate facing website (Front End) the user is required to record the details of the issue and to send this for investigation to our Client Support Team.

Fixes may be deployed to the system at any time, without prior notice to users to ensure that the system can be used by all customers.

Issue Details

All reports must include the following information as a minimum, or Genius Group will reject the report:

  • Users Name
  • Users Email Address
  • Time of incident
  • Date of incident
  • Description of any actions prior to the issue occurring (which buttons were clicked, what happened?)
  • Error Message Details – were any error messages displayed & what did they say?
  • Device & Version being used by user: (iPhone11, MS SurfacePro, Mac, Samsung Tablet)
  • Browser being used: Google Chrome, Firefox, safari
  • Browser Version being used: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/
