Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GIQATS-107 – Custom form update
The ability to add additional fields to your custom application forms. there will now be the option to
- Add a link – this could involve a request of a video CV or even video interview
- Radio buttons – which gives a different view of selection
- Multiple select – which means the candidate can answer multiple times
- Document upload – there will be the option to upload another document like a cover letter for example
GIQATS-112 – Interview scoring
There will now be the option to score your candidate at interview and it appear in the comparative scoring card
