Overview:
Good Afternoon,
The following universal changes to the GeniusATS Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be made as per our development roadmap / schedule.

BUG FIXES
Agency Submissions
Released: 22.02.22
A fix has been deployed to support document uploads
Vacancy Advertisements > Brands
Released: 22.02.22
The brands icons were not showing on the front end, this has been fixed.
Vacancy Headcount Counter
Released: 16.02.22
The headcounter was not reducing when a candidate was moved out of the [appointed] status of the vacancy workflow – this has now been fixed.
Vacancy Assessments > Failed at 100% pass rate
Released: 08.02.22
It was identified that the system was showing as “failed” in the candidate profile area when a candidate passed at the pass rate% which is pre-set.
This has been fixed to match the assigned pass rate with:
- equal to or greater = passed
- less than = failed
NEW FEATURE*
Vacancy Templates > Stakeholders > Additional Fields Added to Template
Released: 18.02.22
4 x additional fields have been added into the vacancy template section which are customisable per client for internal reference only (these do not appear on the vacancy advert)

Reports > Charts
In addition to the current CSV reports available, a new section has been created in the control panel to allow users with permissions to view reports to create charts from the system which can be downloaded, shared, printed etc for management information.
UPCOMING RELEASE DETAILS
The next major release of the system will see the following changes:
Interface Update
The user control panel and front end has been updated with a new colour pallet, this is to keep the software looking and feeling fresh and modern for all control panel users and candidates.
GeniusATS Assistant
A new info assistant is to be added into the control panel on each page to give an overview of the functionality
Candidate Application Wording (Front End)
We are reviewing the wording of the questions on the candidate application form to make them ‘friendlier’ in the following sections:
- Equal Opportunities
- Community Background
- Criminal Convictions
- Current Employment
