Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the GeniusATS Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS Release 1.4.1
GATS-524 Bulk Candidate Selection Tally
An overview in the the candidates selected with the in the vacancy
GATS-663 Highlighting AI candidates within the Inbox area
currently you can’t see an AI candidate within the Inbox area, this will now be highlight in the candidate initials with gold
GATS – 673 Change unread to Inbox
GATS-465 Headlines not showing in the vacancy Approval
The approval process now highlights the headline of the job description
GATS-513 Change to Vacancy Order
The numerical order will be listed in a better order and follow as it should
GATS – 489 Lock added to autoclose
A lock has been added to the template for autoclose to ensure user who do not have the vacancy edit permission can’t change it unless the field is un-locked
GATS-675 Fix to the location appearing in the offer
GATS-674 New Mail merge added for the offer location
Within the offer you have the ability to change the location, currently there is no function for an offer letter/contract to recognise the new location.
{{Offer-Location}} can be paired with the location mail merge in the offer letter to ensure the change is highlighted correctly
GATS-389 Downloading Interview Notes
You will now have the ability to download the interview notes, they will appear in a CSV format like the below
GATS – 677 Email addition from the candidate profile
This addition will replace functionality, when you previously clicked on the email.
