Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the GeniusATS Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS-645 Candidate Withdrawal Email
When a candidate withdraws from the application process, an email will be sent to the Vacancy Owner and Line Manager named on the Vacancy Template.
A standard email will be added into your control panel, you may wish to alter the wording of this email to reflect your company tone.
GATS-676 Candidate Profile > Application Status (Front End)
A bug has been fixed on the front end in where the application status was showing as ‘in progress’ after a candidate has been declined. The status now shows as ‘Declined’ in the applicants profile area > ‘Current Applications’.
