Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GATS-529 SMS/Text Template Suite
This new functionality is to give the user the ability to create their own templates SMS message to use over and over again without having to write a new message every time.
Permissions are linked to the email permission, so you will be either allowed to create them or not at all.
It has it’s own tab where you create the separate templates. As a user you will need to think of the types of messages you use on a regular basis and create what you need.
To create select the create button, you must a a heading title to the message and the body of the text is limited to 160 characters
To use the template on a candidate select the candidate/s, go to actions, select SMS where a window will appear for you to choose one of the templates you have used or you can still write a freetext message
When deleting the template, it will delete the template and can’t be restored.
GATS – 765 Update to internal use only fields
We have updated the functionality in this section to ensure it is more versatile so there will now be free text fields for text and numbers. This will help enhance your reporting so creates bespoke fields to capture what you need.
GATS – 784 Update to Sort filter on Candidates in the Workflow
We have updated the functionality to sort candidates to Newest (by date) at the top. If you need to review and sort unread candidates there is a sort filter. This is to help with user function so the read candidates don’t disappear to the bottom of the list.
GATS – 786 Job Board Specific Fields
This functionality has been added to help with bespoke elements of job board integration mapping. This will depend on the features required for the mapping, but does make the integrations more bespoke and easier to use.
