GIQATS-127 – Simplifying the candidate anonymisation process
This new function will give users with the correct permission to bypass the anonymisation process and force the process to anonymise the candidate without having to involve the candidate in the process
Firstly you must give the relevant users the permission to be able to do the action
To complete the action you must go to the candidate profile where you need to click on to the actual profile where you will be able to see the [Anonymise Candidate – Skip Confirmation] button
When you click the button, a pop up will appear to confirm you want to complete the process
When you click confirm, it will take you back to the profile screen where you can review the anonymisation process, there will also be an option to cancel the process in-case you have incorrectly started the process.
GIQATS-203 – Update to the offer form
The offer form has been updated to help the user complete the form better, for example hours were previously a mandatory field but for the user there was no way of knowing, so this mandatory completion has been removed. We have added some wording to help the user complete the form.
GIQATS-207 – Vacancy Templates to display external and internal names
This function has been added to help the user source information more efficiently when reviewing vacancy templates
