User Issues / Connectivity / System Training / System Access

All access, connectivity, training and user issues, should be discussed with your internal Recruitment Team who are responsible for the administration and management of the Applicant Tracking System, such as:

EXAMPLE: Can’t see an active vacancy, don’t know how to progress a candidate, access has been locked

Technical Issues Only

The Applicant Tracking System software has been developed by Genius Group Ltd. If you are experiencing technical issues with the system, such as:

EXAMPLE: No response from the system when clicking or, error messages appearing or vacancy not appearing on job board feed.

You will need to send a complete issue report to Client Support otherwise the issue will not be investigated. The issue report should be emailed to our helpdesk: clientsupport@genius.online

If you do not have a copy of the issue report template, please contact your internal Recruitment Team.
