To support recruitment processes, Application Milestones allow users to confirm when ‘something’ has been actioned.
At set up phase, a list of pre-defined ‘application milestones’ can be added into the system, which will then be presented to the user when progressing applications in their profile pages.
Example:
A milestone can be to confirm that an action has taken place outside of the ATS, such as:
- RTW Checked
- Pre-Training Complete
The User can select the milestone, add a time , date and comment.
