Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GIQATS-26 Agency – process improvements
The enhancements for the process are being made to ensure the candidate details are added to the candidate profile information and assist with the offer/onboarding process.
The Agency will be forced to provide the candidates email when uploading their information and CV
This ensures the candidates email is prioritised over the agency. It will still be clear the candidate is an agency candidate. This confirms when an offer is made it is sent to the correct person and details.
NOTE: it is down to the client to manage the agency
GIQATS-130 – Preferences to show in candidate profile
The candidates preferences will now be visible in the candidate profile this helps the hiring manager view and confirm the role they are applying for matches
GIQATS-148 – Vacancy preview
The Application form section is changing, by removing the side panel. The section will now be full screen with the ability to view the vacancy in a preview before it’s launched. This confirm for the person raising the vacancy whether it’s right. When clicking the preview button it will open another tab to showcase the vacancy.
