Added functionality to lock a candidate at email level. This is classed as a superlock. it will lock the candidate across multiple applications and only people with the correct permissions are able to lock them and unlock them.
The specific permissions are to superlock a candidate and to unlock a superlock. If you have the permission you can bypass the lock too.
You can lock the candidate in the candidate profile, through the application and the talent function candidate profile, as long as you have the permission. You also have the ability to unlock the candidate from the candidate profile, again as long as you have the permission.
