Genius is partnered with Trust ID, which is integrated into the Genius IQ system. This is available on request and will be an additional cost and contract required with Trust ID.

When you contract and cost is approved will will add the RTW option into your system. You will need to assign the check against the vacancy. We would also recommend updating your workflow with the option of RTW or Trust ID stage. Once the candidate is added the process will begin with an invite sent from Trust ID to complete the RTW. The system will highlight the candidate as in progress of the check.
Once the results are in if the check is passed you will be able to progress the candidate. however if they have failed the check the candidate will lock in place so the can’t be offered a role until they pass the check or will need to be declined from the role as they don’t have the RTW in the UK
