Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius IQ Applicant Tracking System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
GIQATS-201 – Email template permissions
This new function will give the ability to be able to restrict emails from certain users. The functionality is paired with the Vacancy access levels > now know as [Access Levels]
With email access levels they will be able to see the level of access they have so if the user is access level 6, they will see 6 or below.
The permission will start with the user to ensure they will able able to view the emails, otherwise they won’t see them
You must then update your email templates with the relevant access level
To help understand what templates are assigned to a level there is an overview in the email list
Once assigned the user will only be able to see the emails they have permission to see. If no level is assigned it is assumed all users will be able to see it no matter the access level
GIQATS-210 – NHS Jobs – vacancy synchronisation update
There is now the ability to synchronise your vacancy description to the NHS jobs integration
GIQATS-212 – Email view
When an email function is selected, there is now the opportunity to move the pop-up box around your screen for a better view.
