Genius.Online advise that the initial project team create a set of Business Processes as part of the project to ensure that any decisions on how the system should be used are documented and circulated to any stakeholders/users internally.
This is the customer’s responsibility and the customer understands that Genius.Online are not responsible for any documentation or application of any business processes within the customer’s business.
E.g – To raise a vacancy you must raise this from the Vacancy Template #315, this will invoke the approval process, which if successful will launch the vacancy. If the vacancy is declined – contact [name / number / email] or, amend your request and re-submit the vacancy.
